Seems like the affected area is slightly kicked when moved in the light..

Hello MartinD86

Nice pictures except for that blurry one.

New to identifying Cuds, LAMS, RIDB, ETC... but does look like a RIDB to me.

Interested in seeing what the well seasoned folks say

I simulated it. LOL
Saw this one on the site and didn't realize they did dock the grade for DDD or Machine Doubling. (I wouldn't want them)

Coop thats beautiful work

Do u think this one is worth a slab..ive not graded or slabbed anything yet...side of collecting I'm very rusty in..idk for sure but ive heard this occurance is fairly rare..something to do with gravity and the piece should have fell out being on obverse side..is this truth?

Could it just be a planchet de-lamitation that was pressed?

Nah I dont think its a lam. The Piece looks kicked wen moved in light..right side of affected area seems slanted in..left side lifted up a hair..so if you cast a shadow over coin that little piece shines while rest of coin is shadowed..put light on the face.. affected area shadows alil or depending on lighting brighter of a shine...it was alil difficult to get the pic becus of it..im no pro..but this one I feel is deff. A ribd the break circles affected area completely..it b crazy and alil disappointing if it was a lam..but I'm opened for all opinions on this one
