1942 Jefferson Nickel Weight Tolerance

Hello all, wondering your thoughts one these two coins. Picked then upnto start a War Type Set, just never got around to it. I also weigh most Transition dates, just incase. My Question is, "What is true Weight Tolerance?". I have seen anywhere from +/- 0.1 to 0.19. So, with those numbers, these coins are either outside or inside the tolerance parameters. Thank you for the help,

@jl1, as you may know, the subject of Weight Tolerances has come up multiple times at CCF. Here is one thread where the relevant statute is referenced and all the data is summarized very nicely by @halo1st:
