(Basement slabber = they pretty much just slab their own coins in cheap generic shells with inflated grades to be sold to new collectors who don't know the difference.) The MS-70 grade is NOT to be believed and would most likely come back from NGC as no better than a 65. So you would be spending $35 to $50 to grade a coin worth $10 or less.
