Hi guys I'm new here and I just recently did some work for a friend of mine and lucky for me, I got paid with a nice collection of old coins.!! So I was going through the 18 half dollars that are in the collection and I found a1980 Kennedy half dollar with obvious Doubling on the reverse.. So is this rare and is this a good find? Thanks

@IACG75, first welcome to CCF. Second, you should know that there are different types of doubling. Some are collectible, while others aren't. If you post some pics of this coin, we should be able to help you out with differentiating.

Welcome! As everyone pointed out. We need to see some pics to give you best feedback. True doubled dies are collectible. Machine Doubling, Die Deterioration is common and not collectible

Cheers
