This coin was presumably bought by my late grandfather in Iraq during the 60's. His name isn't readable anymore, so I hope someone can tell me who this emperor might be.

The legend seems to be CONSTANTI-NVS [MAX] AVG, which is for Constantine I. As I previously said, it seems Constantine II and Constantius II (also contenders) didn't issue any with an obverse legend break like that.
