Pulled this specimen out of a coin roll. Although this coin is not certified, it possess the characteristic markings of the 1972 type 4.

The date looks like something is going on, but just can't see what is going on as the images need to be a lot closer.

Looks like maybe a die chip in the top of the 9? I have encountered a number of wheaties with that very feature.

Die chip on inside of 9, however the bottom leg of the 2 looks thick... We need closer pixs...
