Either AU58 or MS63, I think I might see light wear, but not 100% sure.

Hits bottom of chin and neck . Reverse bow weak . It seems lately I've been having a problem with feather tips on IHC's ,wear or weakly struct ? I like the color on this coin . AU-63 .
