It has 49 mm of diameter and seems like "once in a time" was silver plated .I have been looking around to see if I can find some detail that could help me identifying this piece, but no way...If somebody could give me any hint I will really appreciate it ( The banner looks like the place were the name of somebody , or the date, or the city was going to be graved ..)Thanks a lot !

My guess .... Whatever the intention of this "medal," it's a 20th century tag that was cast, cheaply made. I suspect it was attached to some product which could then be personalized so as to give the appearance of having been individually crafted.

Very interesting ...maybe somebody has similar pieces to show here ( that is pieces with similar " sales aid " functions ) so we can compare them and learn a little bit more...Thanks a lot ExoGuy ! ...Keep researching !
