HGK3 Pillar of the Community United States 572 Posts	Posted 10/04/2019 4:21 pm I believe that's the Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal. Awarded for 15 years of service. The obverse obviously dates the medal to the reign of George VI ('36 - '52) and the ribbon color indicates it was for service in the Royal Fleet Reserve. The inscription reads DIUTURNE FIDELIS (Faithful Over Time). Report this Post to the Staff
