I came across this Penny in a roll. It looks like a beautiful Penny when viewing from distance and has beautiful red color. As I look close up I see concerns on obverse and reverse. There is a dark blob over the word Liberty. I also see numerous diagonal lines across Lincoln face. On the reverse there are numerous lines going through States Of and motto. I also see diagonal lines going through the steps and towards one cent.
Are these post mint errors or errors during production of coin?
Would a coin like this be worth grading? I appreciate any help you can provide. I am new at this and Any information will be appreciated.

Lighter full-size pics will help in answering your questions. Surface details cannot be seen well on these.

IMO..no need for more pictures, what you are seeing is from a plating issue (common on zinc cents) and with those spots not worth grading...spend it and forget it...best of luck on future finds.....keep asking

The rolling lines are on the planchet. (Rolling as during the flattening of the stock metal)

Why are some of the lines present and some are missing? They are all over the planchet before the strike. Even after the strike you can still see a hint of these. But why on this coin are these lines seen as strong as before the strike? The die had a slight coating of grease on some deeper and some of the fields. So the die was prevented to strike up the design of these areas. So what you are seeing is the result of struck through thin grease blockage on the die. Note the dot under Liberty and the missing plating? The dot looks like a split in the center of the dot. So it must be leaching something that is rejecting the plating on that area.

with @coop. Notice how the lines run in opposite directions from obverse to reverse (or the same direction if you consider it three dimensionally)? That heavily suggests a pre-strike planchet condition.
