In God We "rust" Error?

I think this is fairly common? but just wondering if I should hold on to it or whether there are extreme cases in which the "t" is absent altogether. (yes, it is the 2005-P Kansas quarter) Thanks! The missing 'T' (partial or complete), is almost always due due to a filled die, the 'T' in the die filled with debris. In this case, Struck Through Grease most probable.
