For someone with a 50 States Series, quarter collection, ans a roll-date set, at that, It sure threw me a curve! I wasn't expecting modern US coins! I sure got a big laugh out of the "smiley"!

Now, after having gone thru the whols 37 pages of posting, all in one sitting, I'd like to express my appreciation for the good information, (and entertainment thru the chit-chat), that has been provided. For one with only a few "foreign coins", it sure enlightens one as to just how many counte=ries have, and issue coins. Thank all of the ones for their presentation of their collections, albeit only a coin or two, as the case may be. I, p[ersonally enjoyed reading the thread, and look forward to another one, in the future.

DL20K, you've chosen a very nice coin this time (I have few of them in my collection - and for me it's too easy riddle now)

This time I am just posting a zoomed portion of a coin.

I was tempted to give a hint, but I have a strange feeling it will be guessed rather quickly.
Rest in Peace
