Weird. This one looks better than a few others lately that were graded insanely high! I would've said normally this should be around VF-35...

Technically the coin is a EF-40.

based on the separation in the cheek and jaw and the detail of the hair above the ear , and full wheat heads .

That's a solid EF40. Soak it in some xylene to remove that surface debris.
