Cameo, from what I understand is a broad term. I am sure there are specific labels for just how "cameo" a coin is. Without cheating, and Googling around, I recall there are stages that range from light frosted to deep ultra cameo and everything in between.
Sometimes just how a coin is turned under light and lens can make a difference.
If I were to go out on a limb and the way my browser sees this one, I would say it is somewhere between moderately frosted to light cameo.
I used to have a great book on these for cherry picking 1950 and up proofs and the values of them at the time.
I think it might have been by Rick Tomaska from the early 1980's.
