Stellar coin. Glad I called this one. I couldn't see any markings on the coin, but plenty on the holder.

Now I guess I just have to learn how to see the coin not the scratches on the holder, but I also need to read closer as you did say that in the first post.....

Shadowtrooper78, Beautiful coin. Would you consider sending it in for a fresh scratch free re-holder?
I most certainly would if that coin was mine.

@ GMS5 I have an automotive plastic scratch cleaner I use with some success. Its made by mothers. I use that plus a buffing wheel and it tends to remove most of the scratches on a slab. I haven't done this yet on this coin. I think these are light enough to buff out

Gorgeous '80-S! Can't you send that back to NGC and just get it re-holdered? Add $5 too for the "scratch resistant" option!
