@JW007, I agree that it looks like a die chip on the letter T. While any one specific die chip may not be particularly common, I don't see this one as changing the value of this coin. Most likely there were many thousands of cents struck with this chipped die before it was finally retired.

Reminder, the die chip on T is a marker for some DDO / DDRs and rpms. But remember just because the chip is there, doesn't always mean you have an error coin. Like said above, very common on dies for that year
