I'm glad to see you post this one.
I found a similar one but the MM placement is different.

And the link John1 provided seems to show yours may be an RPM. The MM used for this year is nice and clear inside the top and bottom loops.
I don't know if Dr. Willes would consider this "too minor to list" if it is an RPM.

I too have found several of these. I posted about it a couple weeks back but your picts and coin are better quality. A tilted die is what some of the responses referred to it as.

with Grape that it's caused by small die chips. I don't see a matching RPM. In fact, the only RPMs I see are on LD coins.

Go9tta agree with John1
That's a Small Date.
The top of the seven lines up with the other numbers.
On a Large Date the seven is slightly lower.

Thanks everyone for the input. I thought it didn't quite seem right for an RPM, so thanks for clarifying.

But it is a small date. (First one actually posted here as a question that is a small date) Most of the time the examples are large dates. What makes a it a small date: First the ODV:
1970-S-Small-Date-Cent----What's-Going-On-With-The-Mint-Mark?
ODV-026 has a different loop on the '9'.
1970-S-Small-Date-Cent----What's-Going-On-With-The-Mint-Mark?
The end of the loop points to the middle part of the '7', not at the bottom as the Large Date (ODV-025) does.
A line across the top of the date is in a straight line. You can measure with a business card on your monitor that they are straight:
1970-S-Small-Date-Cent----What's-Going-On-With-The-Mint-Mark?
Weak letters on Liberty. Floating roof on the reverse.
