I don't see a doubled die, looks more like Machine Doubling but it does look like you have a die clash on the reverse IMO, I am no expert though so I'm sure others will chime in.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.

I think I'm seeing both a MAD die clash and some die subsidence. Here's an overlay to check the clash. I've only seen a few coins with die subsidence issues, so I might be wrong. I think the line up and into the first S of STATES is a MAD clash but the area just to the West of that is the die subsidence. Who else?
