The PCGS $249 one is the best deal. That comes with 8 vouchers where if you use them as Gold Shield Regular level they have a grading value of $320, even if you just do regular and not the Gold Shield they still have a value of $280. It comes with a Nike shirt too you can sell for $15 or so if you don't want it as well. It's the only membership where it actually saves you significant money on the submission, I would rejoin it every time if they let me.

NGC has the equal credit of $150 for $150 and the $299 one that gives 10% off the tiers but you're $150 in the hole right off the bat with that one and really have to submit a lot to get back to even as most tiers you will only save $2-3 a coin.

There's also the fact that for US coins PCGS is the markets preferred choice. If they're Eastern European coins or Ancients go with NGC, US or many other world coins coins definitely PCGS especially for higher value coins.

If you have enough moderns like the Kennedys consider doing more than one submission and breaking the moderns off into their own one. It can end up being cheaper if you have enough even with the extra shipping
