Who does this to coins? And would the mint have those on hand if an idiot worker wanted to play a joke. The reason I thought buffalo is that terrible red and green on the coin

You really have to ask yourself, "How could this happen?". If looking for any kind of mint errors or varieties a good understanding of the minting process is really needed.

An idiot worker at the Mint could in fact make such a contrivance. Would he? I don't think so, it wouldn't be worth the price of his career. Besides, it would still be considered as PMD, because the issued coins would have to be brought back into the Mint to enable this sort of contrivance to be made.

As soon as I read the title of this...it was obvious it is legit impossible. How could a quarter made decades after the Buffalo nickel was retired be struck by it in the minting process? Oh wait, it's impossible.

Two different cents with the same type of imaginary errors using the same photo mixer app by the same person? Waste of time.

For those talking about the second picture being photoshopped (and giving ridicule): The OP posted: 1. A plain picture of the front. 2. A photo mixed picture (which is why it says "Ultimate Photo Mixer") to show how he sees an Indian outline in the first photo. A good way to chase away people from this family friendly forum is to immediately assume the worst or be looking for ways to ridicule. Had the OP not put the first picture up, then I would agree he was not asking a legitimate question. Read...stop... think...post.
