Quote: If there is anything I can help you with the consecutive bills, I would be happy to help you. Also a friend of mine works at the gas station, and he saves me rarer coins that come through also. Thank you, sir, I will keep that in mind.

I will be going to the bank today; I am hoping to get some $1 bills to look through. Also I ended up finding a 1948 nickel (can't remember what mintmark), some 2009's that I will throw back for other CRHers to find, and that was about it I think. I did find a $1 star note that I will be releasing into circulation sometime also.

Just sold a roll of high-end circulated 2009-Ds on ebay for $27.50+shipping last week. I could probably get at least twice that for a roll of circulated 2009-Ps if I put one up.

Sorry, I forgot to say that they were 2009 cents, not nickels; I usually save 2009 nickels if they are in good condition. If I get my room cleaned up, I could save more coins also. Also I may start giving some of the 2009's as gifts instead of releasing them into circulation, as I need to clear out some things in my room.

I went to the bank today, and it was awesome. My first 2020 W; I have five 2019 W's, but this is my first V75 W quarter. I am so happy right now.

The W quarter came from the teller's tray; I only got 1's and 5's, and also found an older $5 bill; I never see these in circulation anymore.

I got two rolls of nickels and two rolls of cents from the gas station, and found a 1939-D nickel; I looked it up, and it seems to be a rarer find, so I am very happy; also every other nickel in that roll was 2021-D, so it was pure luck that this nickel appeared in that roll. Recently, the rolls of nickels from the gas station have had 1-2 older nickels, and then all 2021-D's.

My bank ordered me a box of cents today; I am so excited! It has been ages since I have been able to search a full box. It is coming next week, probably Tuesday. I am so happy; I also got some rolls of coins (two rolls of cents, and one nickel roll, plus four loose quarters) today. The loose quarters were just regular quarters, but maybe the rolls will have something good in them.

That's a really great find, Jacob! Congrats! The only rival it has in the Jefferson nickel series in terms of difficulty to find is the 1950-D. I've only found 3 '39-Ds in over 1.35 million nickels searched the past five years. I've found 4 '50-Ds.

I finally got the $25 in cents; for some reason, the teller gave me $25 in loose rolls; there was a 1955-D ender on one of the rolls. So far, I estimate that I am halfway in, and have found some wheat cents and Canadian pennies, the oldest Wheat cent being 1934. Here are some pictures of the coins:

Also I heard a rumor that in 2023, cent production will be ending; I hope that it isn't true, as the main thing I search is cents. Has anyone else heard this?

Congrats on finally getting some rolls and the 55D ender, that's cool! I have not heard anything about this. There has been talk for years about ending the cent but I have a feeling it's not far off now.
