Just wondering if this is an error or something that happened to the coin after it was put into circulation

Image is too blurry to tell for sure. But it the metal looks moved on the coin, it is probably a looser from a coin toss somewhere along its life.

My best guess is a rim bruise (damage), but would love to see an in-focus pic to help confirm.
