A lot of coin contact. Incuse marks on raised/field devices are 99% of the time, just damage to the coin. The coin has been out in the wild for 51 years. It is going to have a few clunkers on it. Note the bust edge on the left side of the date? You can see a lot of die polishing happened on that area, so the devices are also probably weakened. Time to move on to the next coin. Just a copper planchet coin on this one.

I see a D over S. If I drag another S over it it aligns through the center

Omm's stopped in the late 1950's or early 1960's,so not an OMM.

when I google it says they didn't end till the 80's, so there's no chance it could be?
