You found a really good example of non-valuable Die Deterioration. Unfortunately sellers have hyped this as a "poor man's" doubled die and the gullible certainly will be poorer if they buy it.

If you're not familiar with Die Deterioration, that occurs as the die gets overused and areas of the die will show these enlarged details (devices). And it's usually most noticeable on the areas of the devices closest to the rim. ie: Last number of the date, tops of motto's IGWT & EPU, bottoms of the bust on really worn dies in 1925 &1926.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Agreed, definitely Die Deterioration. This poor die pair more than did its duty.

Sever die wear is very common on the 1950's wheat cents. Not a doubled die:
