Just a little bit more information for you, as I cant tell from the photos, but you have the coin in hand.
The RIC-105..Apparentely has the captives as a man on the left/woman on the right and RIC-103 has a women on left/man on right....The difference is the man has his hands bound and the woman is weeping...
Either way both types are quite rare...
To clarify maybe speak with @orphew I think he has one and might be able to fine tune...

edit..looking again I'm pretty sure yours is RIC-105..As I'm seeing the arms and hands of the right captive raised to the face not tied behind the back..

Yes I've just realised the link I provided is a RIC-103 and has been mis-identified by the seller..

Your coin I'm sure is RIC-105 and apparently much rarer to find.
