This is not a genuine example. The genuine coin should weigh 42 grams and be in fine silver.

It is what collectors call a "tourist fake", the sort of thing sold to unwary tourists in places like Italy, Greece and the Middle East.

In response to: "Could it be a tetradracham?" It was probably made to have some of the elements of a Tetradrachm, but again looks soft so caste and larger size but lower weight then a Tetradrachm, plus not silver. So perhaps a tourist piece.
I put it next to a $14,000 tetradrachm below.

The only genuine examples over the decades that I have ever seen 'in hand',
were up for international public auction, with lot estimates of at least $10,000.
