@KYCC, I'm not qualified to assess your mental health, so I'm not gonna touch that.

With regard to this coin, I do see the faded, vaguely-D shaped colorations near the mintmark. I can recall seeing rare instances where a RPM might be that far off, but generally the second (or third) mintmark is just barely askew from the main impression. I don't think that you have a RPM here, but rather surface staining and perhaps a little circulation wear creating these deceptively D-shaped spots near the actual mintmark.

Acetone soak and take another look. I don't think it is a RPM though.
