Hello everyone, I have this 1970 d quarter that I was looking over today and it had a few things that caught my eye. First I will start out with the eye on washington. To me he seems to have a doubled eyelids and three pupils stacked on one another. I also notice that IGWT is especially thick, and the mint mark either has a die crack or perhaps something else is going on. I notice what looks like ripples through most of the coin, it could be part of Die Deterioration, but I would like opinions.
What do you all think?

Very late die state coin so most likely it's non-valuable Die Deterioration Doubling.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

Just a very late die state die struck your coin. Not a doubled die. Very heavy die flow present. (Die flow on the coin is caused by the constant metal movement of the die, staring in the center and moving towards the closest rim. Thus the direction you are seeing on your coin) You might save it as an educational piece to show to a new collector? Other wise it is a spender.

Die Deterioration can cause multiple eyelids and pupils? I can see that far the whole coin on the devices and profile, but wouldn't the eyelids just look worn down or spread out? To me these eyelids, especially the bottom, seem doubled

Looking again at that area I also now notice that the die was over polished probably to remove Feeder Finger Damage, weakening of the brow and eye area.

After polished they can look like this:

But this also is not a plus for the coin either. (so you have more to show to a new collector, but not a premium coin) More of an educational piece.
