The obverse is showing DDD. (Die-Deterioration-Doubling) The reverse is not a DDR. The devices are the same size as normal. While interesting, the spread is not as strong. The designer initials were not mentioned on the site, but the example posted on the 002 shows a spread there.

The strongest doubling is on the 'ICA' on America. DDO-002 is stronger)
But note the devices on V.V are enlarged a bit more on the affected areas.
