I figured lamination had to do with the plating processes but this 72 looks like a lamination error? Help?

Sensational coin. Looks like a pre-strike lam weakened the reverse impression.

I like the weak spot on the reverse too. This one should be saved in a 2x2 for safe keeping, but you should be careful not to accidentally pull away any of the pieces. Nice work @moose!
