Can someone please explain how this happens this is not ground out it looks like it was just missing the material on the blank I would just like to know how this happens thank you.

@aditl67, I think that I've got your photo files fixed. Previously, only the first file was showing. As far as that notch goes, it sure looks to me like someone filed that section of the cent away (as opposed to this being a mint error).

But it doesn't have any file marks or scores of any kind kinda looks smeared in areas I just can't take good enuff pics to see it on camera
