World's First "D Over Horizontal D"?

It's a one in a million shot but it looks a lot like a "D" and I'm curious what you folks think!

Don't think so, and there already are D/D horizontal. first one that comes to mind is the 1961-D LMC, but there are some in the Barber quarter, and merc dime series.

There are a couple nice Mercury dimes and Jefferson nickels with horizontal mint Mark re-punchings:

Yours does not appear to be one. Keep hunting!

In order for it to be a RPM, it would need to be raised. Its not. More of just a stain/discoloration on the coin.
