KurtS Pillar of the Community United States 5318 Posts	Posted 11/01/2008 6:34 pm This isn't my photo so the details lack; but I'm curious about this one...anyone see the same discrepancy I do? ? Such as...where is the mint mark? (There should be either a Y. or "PL" this year). And, unless it's simply that hand-held photo shake, I'm seeing doubling as well; compare the ending "A" in AUSTRALIA to the first. If this is a no MM, according to Maccas 15th edition p77, it's the best one to get. The no mintmark 1951 halfpennies were minted in Perth (there is documentary evidence in the archives of the Perth Mint to support this). Report this Post to the Staff
