The surfaces are too dark to see detail clearly.

The photos have a rather soft look--perhaps a low JEPG (compression) factor (?<=5). As such, I can't get a good feel for what the coin might grade. Having said that, I'd go with a tentative MS64. Higher res photos with a bit less compression would be welcome.

With the new photos I'd say it's mint state. Maybe MS63.
