A few carbon spots, (actually they are small areas of copper oxide/sulfide), but don't let that worry you too much. A bag mark near the mm, as shown.
Very few tiny nicks and scratches that I can see,
MS-64, RD/BN.

That BIG scratch above Liberty would detail the coin...IMO

Strange , I don't see any kind of scratch above Liberty .
spots detract , MS-63RB .
