Found this earlier but not sure if its a keeper or spender. Other than the earlobes I seen a couple things on the Reverse I decided to add pics of just in case they were anything.

Note on the lobe area that is affected. It is not raised, so it is not a doubled ear. It is flat/shelf like. Coin contact or MD.
