The first 2 pictures are #1. And the rest are #2. I took closeups on #2 because I was also wondering if it was a lam on #2 reverse.

The first coin seems the best-looking, though I wonder if the reverse rim issue would detail it.

The reverse on #1 seems like it has Die Deterioration.

Yes on the lamination matter. I see too many trade-offs between coins 1 and 2 to say which is better.

First of all the coins are 1921-S not 27-S . I can not say which one is better because you didn't show us the obverse of #2 .

It's a toss up, they both grade about the same. #1 has slightly better eye appeal.
