Doubling is most noticeable on the "925" of the date.

@tg, I'm not seeing any splitting of the tips of those numbers. Are you sure that this is doubled and not just a little wider from being in circulation or grease in the die when struck?

That's FS-101 for sure. Class VI doubling in date and LIBERTY, plus the other giveaways E in WE and RU in TRUST. Nice.

Could we have a close-in, high res image or two of TRUST and LIBERTY? Thanks.

Thanks to all who replied, but ...

1. I can't take credit for a "find." Bought it on ebay.

2. Can't take a closer close-up with the camera I have. Already in super-macro mode. Wish I had better equipment.

Have you tried experimenting with a magnifying glass? Then take an image through that to enlarge the image?

Nice close-up pic. The only thing I would suggest is to try to take the pic head-on, not at an angle.

Still a nice DDO. Somebody has to buy them for them to be worth a premium.

if nobody ever bought coins for more the face value, then no coin would be worth anything more than face value. So buying a coin should not be anything to worry about. You can still take credit.

You can take great pics with a phone camera and a setup similar to the one in this thread:
http://goccf.com/t/160092

But go through the thread to the end as the system was simplified over time.

I experimented and found three 6.88 LED desk lamps from Walmart worked fine (have a diffuser alreay built in):

I also just used a stack of books to lay my camera on top of. Also if you zoom when taking the photo you could get a fuzzy picture. Instead take a photo normal and zoom in when you crop the photo.

Can you take a pic of the reverse. I'm still looking for another one that has a pre-cud reverse like mine.
