I was cleaning out my desk and I found this 1984 cent. When I went to put it under my scope I did not see the doubled ear but I always check for the FS-038. It looks like it may be it if you know could you please let me know.

Looks more like a DDD issue than a DDO from what I can see. What number system is the FS-038 from? There DDO is FS-10X, DDR FS-80X, RPMs FS-50X, but nothing with a 0XX, number.

It is a cherpickers guide. FS-102 on PCGS.
