Looks like a slight mis-aligned die that, honestly, carries very little premium.

This is not an off center. This is called a MAD coin. (Miss-Aligned-Die)

Only a premium when the devices fall over the edge. Also when this happens, the reverse will show weakness where the die is not over the other die.

Slight misaligned die. And BOTH dies are misaligned in the same direction. Notice the rim on the rev is also thicker at 3:00 than at 9:00. The rev die can't be off-set as far as the obv but it can be off-set as this coin shows. This coin could definitely fool someone into thinking it is off-center because the offsets are in the same direction.
