The 9 in the date has that overly thickened tail. Looks similar to WDDO-004.

Not sure, thoughts?

Looks like the tail on the 9 was flattened a bit from circulation. There is only one photo on Wexler and I am not convinced that is a DDO, no pro though. http://doubleddie.com/828991.html

Not seeing extra thickness on the 7. I am going to go with circulation flattening.

Seeing them side by side tells the whole story:

Not a match. Circulation flattening is the cause for the damage.
