Hello again, is this an error coin? I did look at some of the other posts regards to this dime but mines seems different but I could be mistaking.

May be "struck out of collar" we'll need pixs of the the edge. Are there any notches/reeds around the coin?

It seems like a common problem with 1985 Roosevelt dimes.
