The reverse looks to be a church with a cross inside and maybe another cross at the top. At first glance I was thinking an Otto but now if I had to guess I would go with Konrad II, but it would just be a guess.

In the first photo, I am tempted to see I O H starting at 2:00 which is sometimes IOHANNES for John. But the letter after H does not look like an A, so
Second photo looks like a cross with pellets in the angles. I cannot see much in the legend, but possibly + h C V at 1:00 to 3:00?

I couldn't make much of the legend, If it is + h C the third character is a N it continues down into the nothing. Though I think the cross is actually the next character to the left and it is V + t _ C N.

The reverse seemed similar to the legend on this one: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces106991.html

Good progress @gc and @tdz. It looks to me like there is an inner beaded circle on both sides, but the short cross/church pfennige of Mainz, Bavaria, Augsburg don't seem to have that beaded circle around the church. Unfortunately, I don't have a better suggestion (yet anyways...)

There seems to be something to the right of the church, an annulet or crozier maybe?

Also maybe It is two crosses and then H E N for Heinrich.

Side note: what are the raised things this coin and how'd it get them?
