I post a 2007 D Utah States Quarter a while back with 2 mint marks, one was cased an incased.. Well I found this 2007 D Utah States Quarter an it looks to have two mint marks its self with a bunch more things wrong with it.. I need help identifying please, thank you!

That coin needs to go into a acetone bath for a bit of time. Looks like it came from the Tar Pits.
