Impossible to grade with that flashback. Seeing friction on the obverse though, definitely not a 65.

Full bands on newer dimes is really not as big of a deal like they are on the older dates.

Full bands on Roosevelt dimes always command a higher premium, even the modern ones. Check prices on the PCGS website. It makes a difference.

Well, in modern dimes, generally, unless it is ms68fb it doesn't cover your grading fees to have one slabbed.

Looks FB to me.
