Tanman2001 Pillar of the Community United States 4408 Posts	Posted 09/26/2020 12:32 pm This is a repunched date. Now that I know it's a 1882-S I was able to find a partial match. VAM-9: http://ec2-13-58-222-16.us-east-2.c...1882-S_VAM-9 Die chip, date position, repunching, and even the Die Deterioration are a match to the obverse of VAM-9. The only thing that doesn't seem to match is mintmark location, maybe a different reverse die? Or maybe since VAM-9 is supposed to have a "S tilted left" and the one in the photos looks fairly upright, maybe it has the wrong reverse photos? Report this Post to the Staff
