They are hand punched so they can be angled. No premium, but they are interesting:

That mintmark is angled about 45 degrees CW from where it should be. Seems like the person creating the punch had a bad day that day.

EDIT: As noted above, rotated MM punches are good markers for some doubled die varieties like on the 1989 LMC.

Thanks for the replies. I've sold hundreds of these & never seen one that angled.

These images were off the PCGS web site. Most of them were on the Full Band area.

That Mint Mark was probably put on by a Mint worker after a few drinks at lunch.

Sold for $ 6.50 on ebay so it had a little premium.
