Current status of all my coins: I received two of each Morgan and three Peace. I boxed up all the boxes and sent to PCGS for First Strike grading. So although I've received everything, I have yet to see what they look like due to first strike rules. Just yesterday PCGS unboxed and loaded up the coins into their system, and now I wait appx 6 weeks to get them back.

Fingers crossed that they are of good enough quality as 69/70 and no dings, chips, felt fibers or open snap tites.

By the time I see these bad boys I'll have a big bill due and they will have earned a ton of frequent flier miles.

Update:
I called the mint and only had to wait 5-6 minutes. The agent assured me that the order had not been cancelled. She couldn't tell me why the order has been sitting so long or when it would actually go out. So, back to square one I guess.
I'm happy that the order didn't get canceled.
Also being a Loyalty member I got seven of my orders adjusted to refund the $4.95 shipping that they charged.

Just because the "order shipped" does not mean all is well. I picked up my Peace and Morgan order and to my surprise when I opened the sealed shipping box I was short the Morgans. The shipping invoice said both types were shipped. When I called the Mint all that could be done was offer a refund.

The Mint's fulfillment contractor must be overwhelmed. A friend of mine got their order in two boxes via UPS. They were only expecting one box. The address labels were correct on both packages but only one had the correct tracking number. Upon opening one it had the three Peace dollars that were ordered and the Packing Slip only listed them. The other box had the three Morgan dollars that were ordered but the Packing Slip was in someone else's name and the tracking number on the slip was different than the one on the box label. Both UPS labels had the correct USM reference number for the order.

1uncmd - I hope there is another box in your future!

Well, I got a notification from PCGS that they got my Morgan and Peace coins safely yesterday.

It's almost like a sigh of relief lol. Especially if you only glanced at them for 5 min and then sent them back out. I remember how it felt when I sent my 2019 ERP ASE for grading and not able to open the box cuz of the numbered COA's.

Never opened up the boxes. Just like in a poker game, I'm going all in blind.

Hey yea that happened to me too. I got 2 tracking numbers for each of my 3 Peace and P Morgans, and the 2nd box had the invoice for some guy from Indiana, and I'm not from Indiana lol.

I emailed US Mint support again regarding my CC and O order and I'm now being told "USPS has informed us that the orders should be showing movement by 11/19/2021." so this sounds like good news for all of us waiting.

I'm in the same camp as Rick-99, barkeep, Teach, and Dearborn. I sent an email and spoke to the mint on the phone but they were rather useless. They told me I could submit a certificate of non-receipt form but I needed to do so within 30 days of the ship date otherwise they wouldn't be able to refund me.

I called the 800 Mint number today and talked to Cindy. She sounded very worn down. Without being specific of the location, she did say that the coins are at the center waiting to be scanned and that "they" are overwhelmed. She assured me that I do not have to be concerned about the 30 day window for CNR submission. She told me my only recourse was to either cancel or wait. After she told me about not having to worry about the 30 day window, I specifically asked if that meant if I did not receive in the next 90 days with same status, I could still get a CNR - she said yes. The conversation did make me feel a bit better. I'm using this post to document in case things go awry - thanks CCF!
