Isn't this an unusual place for a crack?

If it is a die crack it is in an odd location.

Hi John.
If it's not a die crack. Is there another reason why it's cracked there? I'm not arguing with you. I really would like to know. Thank you. RobO.

Looks like a nice crack to me and I suppose a crack can occur at any point or stressed area.

I have some 2020 Lincolns with a very similar crack, on bottom of shield. They also have a skull crack on obverse of the same coin. Very interesting....
