Well, will keeping it in the original packaging prevent moisture from getting in? I want to make sure the condition is pristine

A secure, dry environment is best for silver so I'm assuming the same would apply to gold. There's a few members on here that can attest that even with slabbing, down the road, a silver coin can still develop milk spots. Don't know if gold coins also get them. Maybe someone who collects them can chime in.

Where on ebay? I only see 12999 as the top price, but with a best offer accepted which isn't disclosed.

14k seems high. I wonder who is paying that much when most auctions are a couple K lower.

I am definitely going to get it. I actually want the medal more than the ASE, but still wanted them as a set.

jbuck, I'll trade you a metal for your ASE if I get one and you don't.

I tried again this morning. I actually made it all the way to click the last button, but received the message that an invalid item was in my cart. I just can't type as fast as the bots.

To get the early/first release label, the box need not be sealed when submitted to NGC correct? They just need to receive it by the cutoff date to get that designation. I recall for last years ERP it did but only if you wanted the certificate number on the label.

Perhaps the Mint should consider an auction format next time.

Can you guys try this? Log in. Then, click on your name and "View Account". It immediately bans me for an hour every time. I'll see if I can get my home wifi router to secure a new IP from my ISP.

A friend of mine has the same problem. I told him to email the mint and Cloudflare about the issue. Try downloading the app or put your phone on 4g when placing an order. I hope the issue clears up soon.

Just out of curiosity, why would you spend the money on the early / first release label. The entire issue sold out the first day. They are all first release

Whatever new change they made to the website makes it such a tease. Again I got all the way through the processing to get an error about missing page.
